as well as completing your order, from ironing to labelling and packaging.

screenprint branding

We can print both plastisol or water-based.

Plastisol is the standard ink that is offered by most commercial screen-printers. It is bright and durable, but it can have a bit of a heavy touch.  Also, one must ensure that you don’t iron over the print.  Water-based (our speciality) is soft to the touch and is eco-friendly. We also do water-based discharge print for printing onto dark colours and maintaining that super soft touch.

1 Colour – 20 units
2 Colour – 30 units
3 Colours –50 units
4 Colours – 100 units

We offer a free one colour, neck label print, for orders over 100 units.

If your colour requirements are specific, please supply a pantone reference code. Alternatively, we will match as close as possible to artwork supplied.

Strike off: We offer a free strike of on order of 300 units. If you require a strike off and your order is below 300 units, we will charge R200 per colour.

direct to film printing

Ideal for multicolour prints with short runs or fine details

This is a relatively new decorating process that enables us to print digitally onto film and then transfer this by heat pressing onto your garment. This is ideal where you have a multicolour print and a short run. It is also ideal if your artwork has very fine details that are difficult to screen print

Ideal for smaller volumes with photographic quality

Direct to garment is the process of printing digitally direct to the garment. This enables high resolution printing and is ideal for smaller volumes where photographic quality printing is required.
