Custom Manufacturing
Premium Blanks and Branding
While we are not a traditional CMT facility, we do offer custom manufacturing within our specialised product range.
Customisation is available on our core styles, including T-shirts, hoodies and sweaters, using our own premium in-house fabrics. By working within our established range, we maintain the quality, fit and consistency we are known for.
We focus on well-constructed, high-quality garments with clean, uncomplicated designs. If you are looking to customise within these parameters, we would be pleased to discuss your requirements.
Minimum Quantities
- Custom styles utilising fabrics from our catalogue – 300 units per style. (can be spread across a max 2 colour choice i.e. 150 x 2)
- Custom styles requiring custom fabric colours – 800 units per colour
Patterns
- We can make patterns if you provide us with a sample, or you require only minor adjustments to the Poly Nation catalogue styles.
- Pattern making charges will apply
- We do not offer development and styling facilities.
Sample Approval
- We will produce a sample prior to going into production.
- We will allow for one adjustment and will make a second sample, if required.
- Further adjustment will be charged for.
Estimate Lead-times
- Production lead time start on sample approval.
- Pattern making and sampling – brief dependant. If we have clear requirements we aim at 1- week lead time.
- Manufacturing custom style from stock fabric : Approximately 3 weeks from sign off.
- Manufacturing custom style from custom fabric colour – Approximately 7 weeks from sample sign off
Labels
- All labels, swing tags and other trims must be provided before production can begin
Packaging Options
- Standard clear plastic bag
- Premium resealable clear bag
- Custom packaging to be supplied if required.
